A pre-launch deposit is a small amount you pay before our crowdfunding campaign kicks off. This deposit allows you to secure a discount on your pledge or also snag an additional item. When the campaign launches, you can use your deposit as a coupon anytime on Kickstarter, making it super easy to claim your reward!

If you make a deposit but decide not to order during the campaign, please note that your deposit won't be refunded.

Sometimes crowdfunding campaigns might be canceled for various reasons, but don’t worry! If that happens, all deposits made will be fully refunded and the deposit system will be turned off. Rest assured, we’re confident in our project and our main goal is to make it a success!

To ensure everything's linked up, you'll be asked to use the same email address for your deposit that you use for your Kickstarter account. You’ll receive three different links that correspond to the three unique Wofs available in the campaign.

For example:

• Example 1: If you’ve made 1 deposit, you can order 1 item using any one of those links.

• Example 2: With 2 deposits, you can choose to order 1 item from 2 different links or get 2 items from the same link.

Just a heads-up: if you use the links without matching an email or attempt to order more items than you have deposits for, the payments will go through. However, any extra items won’t be delivered or refunded.

In that case you'll have to do the ordering process two times. First order using your links, and the second order through the public kickstarter page.

Yes! If you request a refund within 14 days after the payment and before the launch of the Kickstarter campaign.
